KRM22 plc, (AIM: KRM.L) the technology and software investment company, with a particular focus on risk management in capital markets, announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 as well as a notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM will be held at the offices of Cavendish, One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL on 21 June 2024 at 11.00 a.m.
