Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report

Flybe Group plc (the "Company") confirms that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 26 July 2017 at 11:00 am at the offices of Berwin Leighton Paisner: Adelaide House, London Bridge, London, EC4R 9HA. A notice convening the AGM (the "Notice") is being posted or made available to shareholders, along with the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2017. A letter is being sent to those shareholders who had consented to web publications to advise them that the document is now available on the Company's website.

Copies of the Annual Report and the Notice are available to view on the Company's website at http://www.flybe.com/corporate/investors/ and will also be available for inspection shortly at the National Storage Mechanism: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
