IMImobile (AIM: IMO), a global cloud communications software and solutions provider, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") relating to the Company's financial year ended 31 March 2020, will be held at 10.00am on Tuesday 29th September 2020 at the offices of Bracher Rawlins LLP at 77 Kingsway, London, WC2B 6SR.

The Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements, the Notice of AGM and instructions on voting by proxy are also now available on the Company's website at https://investors.imimobile.com/ and have been posted to shareholders who requested hard copies.

Impact of COVID-19 on the Annual General Meeting

In consideration of the UK Government's Staying alert and safe (social distancing) guidance and pursuant to the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020, this year's Annual General Meeting will be a closed meeting and shareholders and their proxies (other than the chair) will not be able to attend.

Attendance will be strictly restricted to specified individuals to ensure that the AGM is quorate and that the legal requirements to hold the AGM can be satisfied. Shareholders are strongly encouraged to use their voting rights and to cast their votes by proxy in advance of the Annual General Meeting.

Despite holding the AGM behind closed doors, IMImobile is committed to constructive engagement with all of its shareholders and they are invited to submit questions in advance of the AGM by emailing them to [email protected]. Questions should be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on 25th September 2020 and we will ensure, to the extent practicable, that the answers are directly responded to.

Responses to questions of common interest will also be made available on the Company's website at https://investors.imimobile.com/ as soon as practical following the meeting.
