NOTICE OF AGM AND POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
The Board of MBL Group, the UK distributor of home entertainment products, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year to 31 March 2009 have been posted to shareholders today.
The Annual Report and Financial Statements are also available for download from the Company's website www.mblgroup.co.uk.
The Company also gives notice that the Annual General Meeting will be held at Unit 9 Enterprise Court, Lancashire Enterprise Business Park, Centurion Way, Leyland, PR26 6TZ on 2nd October.
