Maple Energy plc (AIM:MPLE; LIMA:MPLE), an integrated energy company with assets in Peru, today gives notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at 2:00 p.m. on 28 June, 2012 at 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland.
