Tiger announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2013 will be posted to Shareholders on Wednesday, 4 June 2014 and are available on the Company's website at www.tiger-rf.com.

The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 12:00 pm on Thursday, 26 June 2014 at the Pelham Hotel, 15 Cromwell Place, London, SW7 2LA.
