The Company announces that a Notice of Annual General Meeting has today been posted with the Annual Report and Accounts to all registered shareholders. The AGM will be held in the offices of Kergan Stewart LLP, 163 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4SQ on Thursday, 24 September 2015 at 11 am.

Additional copies of the Annual Report and Accounts will be available for the month following the AGM from the Company's Weybridge office. Alternatively, the document may be viewed on, or downloaded from, the Company's website: www.aortech.com.
