Notice of AGM and Posting of Accounts
The Board of CNE (AIM:CNEL), the AIM quoted engineering and technology solutions provider to the bioenergy sector, is today posting the Company's annual report to 31 December 2010, together with a notice of the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM"), to all shareholders.
The AGM will be held at The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel，Estrada da Baía de N. Senhora da Esperança, s/n, Taipa, Macao SAR, P.R. China on 25 July 2011 at 08:00 a.m. UK time (15:00pm Beijing Time).
A copy of the annual report and notice of AGM will be available from the Company's website, www.chinanewenergy.co.uk.
