Notice of AGM and NED resignation
Driver Group PLC (AIM: DRV), the global professional services consultancy to the construction and engineering industries, announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts and notice of its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') to be held at 3.00pm on 27 February 2019, at the Company's offices, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU.
John Horgan, Non-Executive Director, has informed the Board that he has decided not to stand for re-election at the AGM and will be stepping down from the Board to pursue other interests. A process to identify and recruit a replacement will be initiated in due course.
Gordon Wilkinson, Chief Executive Officer, said: "I would like to thank John for his valuable contribution over what has been a transformational period for the business, and wish him continued success in the future".
