Notice of Annual General Meeting and Investor Presentation

KEFI (AIM: KEFI), a gold and copper exploration and development company focused on the Arabian- Nubian Shield with a pipeline of projects in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, announces that it will host 2024 Annual General Meeting to be held at Hilton London Angel Islington, 53 Upper Street, London N1 0UY, United Kingdom at 10:00 a.m. (BST) on Thursday, 17 July 2025.

A circular, incorporating the Notice of AGM for 2025, together with forms of proxy, the 2024 Annual Report and other relevant documents are available on the Company's website at https://www.kefi- goldandcopper.com

Investor Presentation

Harry Anagnostaras-Adams, Executive Chairman, will provide a live presentation via the Investor Meet Company platform on 20 June 2025, 16:00 BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 19 June 2025, 09:00 BST, or at any time during the live presentation.
