Notice of AGM and Investor Call

7digital (AIM: 7DIG), the global leader in B2B end-to-end digital music solutions, gives notice that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held as a virtual meeting at 1.00 p.m. GMT on Thursday, 10 December 2020 and that it will be hosting an online investor meeting at 2.00 p.m. GMT on the same date.

Annual General Meeting

In light of the evolving COVID-19 situation and related public health guidance and legislation (including restrictions on travel and a prohibition on public gatherings), the Board of Directors believes that it is in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders that the AGM this year will be run as a closed meeting and shareholders will not be able to attend. The Company will make arrangements such that the legal requirements to hold the AGM can be satisfied and that the minimum necessary quorum of shareholders attend. The format of the AGM will be purely functional.

The Board is keen to ensure that shareholders are able to exercise their right to vote notwithstanding the restriction on attendance. Shareholders are therefore strongly encouraged to submit a proxy vote online in advance of the AGM via www.signalshares.com. Shareholders should appoint the 'Chair of the AGM' as their proxy rather than a named person who will not be permitted to attend the AGM or cast the shareholder's vote.

The Notice of AGM, along with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019, has been posted to shareholders and made available as an electronic communication via the Company's website at: www.7digital.com/reports.

Online Investor Meeting

The Company will host an online investor meeting, open to all existing and potential shareholders, on Thursday, 10 December 2020 at 2.00 p.m. GMT. On the call, 7digital CEO Paul Langworthy will provide an operational overview of the business as well as the growth drivers for the Company, followed by a question and answer session. Participants are requested to submit questions in advance by Wednesday, 9 December 2020.
