Notice of AGM and GM

r4e, the transatlantic media and entertainment marketing company, today announces that its annual general meeting (the "AGM") will be held at 10:30 am on Tuesday 30 June 2015 at the offices of the Company at Wellington House, 125 Strand, London, WC2R 0AP.

Further to the announcement on 11 May 2015, the Company also announces that it will hold a general meeting (the "GM") immediately prior to the AGM at 10:00 am on Tuesday 30 June 2015, at the offices of the Company at Wellington House, 125 Strand, London, WC2R 0AP. The purpose of the GM is to consider whether any, and if so what, steps should be taken by the Company due to the serious loss of capital position of the Company, resulting from the impairment charge recorded in the Company's 2014 accounts.

Notices of the AGM and GM have been posted to shareholders of the Company together with the Annual Report and Accounts for the 12 months ended 31 December 2014. All these documents are available from the Company's website, www.r4e.com.
