Notice of AGM and EGM

PCG Entertainment Plc (AIM: PCGE), the AIM quoted Asia-Pacific online media and entertainment company, today announces that its annual general meeting of shareholders ("AGM") for the year to 31 December 2015 will be held on 13 December 2016 at 11:30am at the Company's registered office, G1, Haven Court, 5 Library Ramp, Gibraltar. The Company also confirms that an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders ("EGM") will follow the AGM at 12:00pm at the same location.

Notices for both the AGM and EGM have been posted to shareholders today, and copies of these notices can be found on the Company's website.
