Notice of AGM and dividend timetable

Further to the final results announcement released on 31 March 2017 the Company is pleased to confirm, in accordance with LR9.7A.2 that a final dividend of 3.0p per share will be paid on 2 June 2017. The ex-dividend date is 11 May 2017 and the record date for the final dividend will be 12 May 2017.

The AGM will be held at the Company's head offices, Nunn Close, The County Estate, Huthwaite, Notts, NG17 2HW on 18 May 2017 at 12.00 noon. Details will set out in the Annual Report and Accounts which will be posted to shareholders on or around 18 April 2017.
