Notice of AGM and Correction to the Form of Proxy

Leed Petroleum PLC today announces that notice of its Annual General Meeting, which will be held at CityPoint, One Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9AW on Tuesday 21 February 2012 at 9:45am, has been sent to shareholders and a copy of the notice is available from the Company's website, www.leedpetroleum.com.

Correction to the Form of Proxy

It is noted that the Forms of Proxy sent to shareholders incorrectly state that the Forms of Proxy may be validly returned until 11am on Friday 17 February 2012 and that the AGM will take place at 11am on Tuesday 21 February 2012. It is hereby corrected that Forms of Proxy must be returned by 9:45am on Friday 17 February 2012 and not by 11am on Friday 17 February 2012. Any Forms of Proxy received after this time will not be valid and shall not be accepted. It is also confirmed that the AGM will take place at 9:45am on Tuesday 21 February 2012 and not 11am.
