Total Voting Rights

Sirius (AIM:SRSP), the investing Company focussed on oil and gas development and production opportunities in Nigeria, announces it has today posted to shareholders the Notice convening the Company's AGM.

The Annual General Meeting will now be held at 10 am on Thursday 6 August 2015 at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG. Copies of the Notice of AGM will be available on the Company's website shortly.

Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR5.6.1 the Company's issued share capital consists of 1,307,625,356 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,307,625,356.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest, to the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
