Green & Smart Holdings plc (AIM: GSH), a renewable energy company generating power from biogas captured through the treatment of palm oil mill effluent ("POME") in Malaysia, gives notice that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company is to be held at 5:00pm Malaysian Time / 10:00am UK Time at the offices of Green & Smart Sdn Bhd located at 73-M, Jalan Medan Setia 1 50490, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Thursday 25 October 2018.

Information on the resolutions to be voted on at the AGM can be found in the Notice of AGM that, along with forms of proxy, has been posted to shareholders and is available on the Company's website at http://217.41.19.60/GreenSmart/CorporateDocuments.asp.

Change of Accounting Reference Date

The Company is changing its accounting reference date from 30 September to 31 December in order to align its reporting schedule with that of its significant shareholder, Serba Dinamik, which, as a public company, updates the market on all its investments. Green & Smart will next report audited full year results for the 15 months ending 31 December 2018, unaudited interim results for the six months ending 30 June 2019 and full year results for the 12 months ending 31 December 2019.
