Posting of 2013 Annual Report; Notice of AGM and Capital Markets Day
Globo plc (LSE-AIM:GBO), the international provider of enterprise mobility management and telecom software products and solutions, announces that the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 has been posted to shareholders and is available on the Company's website, www.globoplc.com.
The Annual General Meeting of the Group will be held at 55 Old Broad Street, London, EC2M 1RX, commencing at 10.00 a.m., on Thursday 19 June 2014.
Following the AGM the Group will hold a Capital Markets Day presentation for analysts and investors commencing at 14.00 at the same location.
