Notice of Annual General Meeting and Annual Report

Oxford and Newcastle, UK, 1 July 2013- e-Therapeutics plc (AIM: ETX) announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 January 2013, which includes the notice convening the Company's 2013 Annual General Meeting (AGM), has been posted to shareholders today. The annual report is available for electronic download from the Company's website www.etherapeutics.co.uk.

The 2013 AGM will take place at the offices of Bond Dickinson LLP at St Ann's Wharf, 112 Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 3DX at 10.30 am on 25 July 2013.
