Notice of Annual General Meeting and 2022 Annual Report & Accounts update
The Ince Group plc (AIM: INCE), which provides legal, accounting, financial services, consulting and pensions advice services, has today posted a Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting and form of proxy to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 30 September 2022 at 11.00 a.m. at Aldgate Tower, 2 Leman Street, London E1 8QN.

2022 Annual Report & Accounts
The publication of the Group's audited 2022 Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022 has been delayed due to the cumulative impact of Covid-19 on the accounts preparation, completion and audit process, particularly in the Group's offices in China where Covid-19 restrictions have continued. Pursuant to temporary Covid-19 regulations, the Company has been granted extensions to 30 December 2022 for the publication and filing of its annual report. Accordingly, the Group is now expecting to publish its annual report for the year ended 31 March 2022 in November. A further update to confirm the timing of publication will be provided in due course.
A Group trading update will be published before the end of September.
