Annual Report and Accounts 2011 and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Mountview Estates P.L.C. has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2011 to shareholders together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
The AGM will be held at the offices of Norton Rose LLP, 3 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AQ on 10 August 2011 at 11.30am.
A copy of the Company's Financial Report for the year ended 31 March 2011 will be filed with the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do
