Caspian Holdings plc ('Caspian' or 'the Company') announces that a notice of annual general meeting has been sent to shareholders of the Company. The notice of annual general meeting includes the resolution on the expansion of Company's strategy to basic materials (including mining) as well as the oil and gas sector (including alternative and renewable energy). The notice provides further background information.
The annual general meeting of the Company has been called for 11am on 29 June 2010 at 18b Charles Street, Mayfair, London, W1J 5DU.
