KEFI Minerals plc ("KEFI Minerals" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting for 2012 (the "AGM"), the Company's 2011 Annual Report and the accompanying proxy form (the "Meeting Materials") were posted to shareholders on 6 June 2012. The AGM is to be held at the offices of Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP, 35 Vine Street, London EC3N 2PX on 29 June 2012 at 11.00 a.m.
