Notice of Annual General Meeting
AfriAg plc (AIM: AFRI), the AIM listed investing company, announces that printed copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the 18 months ended 31 December 2012 were distributed yesterday to shareholders together with the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") and form of proxy. An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts, the notice of AGM and the form of proxy will be available shortly under the heading "AIM Rule 26" on the Company's website (http://www.3dresources.co.uk) in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
The Company's AGM will be held on 23 May 2013 at 11:30 a.m. at 200 Strand, London, WC2R 1DJ.
