Norseman Gold announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Sprecher Grier Halberstam LLP, 5th Floor, One America Square, Crosswall, London EC3N 2SG on Tuesday 16th December 2008 at 10 am. The Annual Report and Notice and Form of Proxy of the AGM has been sent by post to shareholders on the Register as at 20 November 2008.
