PowerHouse announces that the Notice of the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) has today been posted to shareholders of the Company and will shortly be made available on the Company’s website at www.powerhouseenergy.net . The AGM will be held at the offices of WH Ireland, 24 Martin Lane, London EC4R 0DR, England at 10.00 a.m. on 8 September 2016.

PowerHouse also announces that the Company has changed its registered office to: 10b Russell Court, Woolgate, Cottingley Business Park, Bingley, BD16 1PE.
