Source BioScience announces that its 2011 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's registered offices, 1 Orchard Place, Nottingham Business Park, Nottingham NG8 6PX at 10.30 am on 9 June 2011. Formal notice of this meeting has been posted to shareholders together with a copy of the Annual Report and Accounts 2010, a copy of which can be downloaded from the Source BioScience website - www.sourcebioscience.com.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2010 have also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
