MediLink-Global UK Limited, the electronic healthcard network service provider, announces that the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 were posted to shareholders on 25 June 2010, along with notice of the Group's annual general meeting, to be held at No. 9, Persiaran Industri, Bandar Sri Damansara, 52200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 12 July 2010 at 10.00 am local time (5.00 pm UK time).
