NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Annual Report & Accounts

The Company announces that it will shortly publish its Notice of Meeting for the 2025 AGM. In compliance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R such document will be submitted to the national storage mechanism and will be made available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. Printed copies of this document will be sent to shareholders today and a copy is also available to view on the Company's website at http://vpcspecialtylending.com. The AGM will be held at the offices of Stephenson Harwood LLP, 1 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 7SH at 2 p.m. on 11 June 2025. Shareholders wishing to attend in person should register their interest in attending by emailing the Company Secretary at [email protected].

The Company's Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 was published on 25 April 2025 and is available on the Company's website.
