NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Berkeley Energia Limited (Company) wishes to advise that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held at the Conference Room, Ground Floor, 28 The Esplanade Perth, Western Australia on Tuesday, 15 November 2022 at 10.00am (AWST).
