The Company confirms that the Annual General Meeting will be held on 28 June 2010 at 10am (GMT) at the offices of Osborne Clarke, One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EB.
Copies of the Company's 2009 Annual Report and Accounts together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting are being posted to shareholders today, and will be able to be downloaded from the Company's website shortly.
