Notice of AGM
Zibao Metals Recycling Holdings Plc (AIM: ZBO), a Hong Kong based, recyclable metal trader, announces that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held at 10 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on 16 October 2017 at Room 1105, 11/F CEO Tower, 77 Wing Hong Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
Copies of the notice convening the AGM and Form of Proxy have been sent to shareholders together with copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2017. The Annual Report and Accounts have been made available and the AGM Notice will shortly be made available from the company's website, www.zibaometals.com, in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
