Chippenham, UK, 19 August 2014: Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC) today gives notice of the following:

· The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2014 will be held on Friday, 19 September 2014 at the offices of Olswang LLP, 90 High Holborn, London WC1V 6XX, commencing at 12.00 noon.

· Copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy have been sent to shareholders today. The Notice of Annual General Meeting is available on the Investors section of the Company's website at www.vectura.com.

· In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the AGM documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection shortly at www.morningstar.co.uk.
