REACT Group plc (AIM: REAT.L), the leading specialist support services provider to the FM industry, announces that, further to the AGM circular sent to shareholders on 5 March 2026, the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is being held at 12 noon on Tuesday 31 March 2026 at the offices of Singer Capital Markets, 1 Bartholomew Lane, London, EC2N 2AX. Shareholders intending to attend the Annual General Meeting are asked to register their intention by 10.30 a.m. on Monday 30 March 2026 by sending an email to [email protected].

In order to ensure that shareholders are able to follow the proceedings of the AGM without attending in person, the Company will provide access online via the Investor Meet Company platform. However, please note that shareholders will not be able to vote online at the AGM via the platform and are therefore requested to submit their votes via proxy, as early as possible.

Shareholders are invited to submit any questions for the Board to consider. Questions can be pre submitted ahead of the AGM via the Investor Meet Company Platform up until 30 Mar 2026, 09:00 BST, or submitted at any time during the AGM itself.
