Surgical Innovations™ Group plc (AIM: SUN), the designer and manufacturer of innovative surgical devices, announces that copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 have been sent to shareholders.

The Group also gives notice hereby that its Annual General Meeting will be held at Weetwood Hall Hotel and Conference Centre, Otley Road, Far Headingley, Leeds, LS16 5PS on Wednesday 25 June 2008 at 1:00pm.
