Aggregated Micro Power Holdings plc, which specialises in the sale of wood fuels and the development of distributed energy projects, announces that the notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been posted to shareholders and electronic copies are available on the Company's website.

The AGM will be held on 1 November 2016 at 10.00 a.m. at the offices of the Company at 5 Clifford Street, London W1S 2LG.
