Notice of Annual General Meeting

Further to the announcement on 3 November 2010, Polo Resources (AIM and TSX: POL), announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2010, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The AGM is to be held at The Old Government House Hotel & Spa, St Ann's Place, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2NU, on 3 December 2010 at 12.30 p.m. GMT.
