The Company’s 2017 Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.30pm on Wednesday 17 May 2017 at the Goldsmiths’ Centre, 42 Britton Street, Clerkenwell, London, EC1M 5AD.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the above mentioned documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
