Taylor Woodrow PLC06 March 2006 Taylor Woodrow plc 2006 Annual General Meeting and 2005 final dividend Taylor Woodrow plc's 2006 Annual General Meeting will be held at 2 pm onWednesday 3 May 2006 at the Renewal Conference Centre, Lode Lane, Solihull, WestMidlands, B91 2JR. Subject to approval at the AGM, the 2005 final dividend will be paid on Monday 3July 2006 to shareholders whose names appear on the register of members at theclose of business on Friday 2 June 2006. The company offers a Dividend Re-Investment Plan, which provides shareholderswith a facility to use their cash dividends to purchase Taylor Woodrow plcshares in the market .
