The Company will hold its Annual General Meeting at 11.30 am on Monday, 23 May 2016 at JP Morgan's office, 60 Victoria Embankment, London, EC4Y 0JP. The Notice of the Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form are being posted to shareholders and, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where they will shortly be available for viewing on http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
