Notice of AGM
Zoltav (AIM: ZOL), the Russia-focused oil and gas exploration and production company, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 29 October 2020 at 9 a.m. Eastern Standard Time at the Company's registered office, Willow House, Cricket Square, Grand Cayman KY1-1001, Cayman Islands.
Due to public health restrictions as a result of the coronavirus, the AGM will be convened by internet with the minimum necessary quorum of two Shareholders (which will be facilitated by Zoltav Resources Inc.). Shareholders and Depositary Interest Holders must not attend the AGM in person and anyone seeking to attend the meeting will be refused entry. The business at the Company's 2020 AGM will be curtailed to the formal business section only, with no presentations or Q&As. Our advisers and other guests have also been asked not to attend.
Your vote is important to Zoltav Resources Inc. and the Directors wish to ensure that your vote is counted at the AGM, therefore, all Shareholders and Depositary Interest Holders are encouraged to submit their vote using the form enclosed with the Notice of AGM which will today be sent to all shareholders and to Depository Interest Holders. Details of how to do this are contained in the notice. All valid proxy votes (whether submitted electronically or in hard copy form) will be included in the poll to be taken at the meeting. All directors of the Company will stand for re-election at the AGM.
