Publication of Annual Report and Accounts

Further to the release of the Company's final results on 2 March 2017, Merlin Entertainments plc announces that:

(i) the 2017 Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 13 June 2017 at LEGOLAND Windsor Hotel, Winkfield Road, Windsor, SL4 4AY commencing at 2.00 pm;

(ii) its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 are published today.

The following documents are being posted or made available to shareholders today:

(a) Notice of Annual General Meeting;

(b) Form of Proxy in relation to the Annual General Meeting;

(c) The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016.

Copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the 2016 Annual Report and Accounts are being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.
