African Potash Limited, the AIM listed African exploration company, announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 12.00 p.m. on 1 July 2014 at Richmond House, St. Julian's Avenue, St. Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1GZ.
