The Company announces that its 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held on 7 February 2019 at 10.00 a.m. at Hangar 89, London Luton Airport, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU2 9PF.
In connection with this, the following documents are being posted or have been made available to shareholders today:
· the Notice of Annual General Meeting; and
· the Form of Proxy in relation to the Annual General Meeting.
