Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Lo-Q (AIM: LOQ), the AIM listed provider of virtual queuing systems for theme parks, water parks and major attractions, is pleased to announce that, pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 October 2011 ("Annual Report") has been posted to shareholders.

The Annual Report is available to view on the Group's website: www.lo-q.com as dispatched to shareholders of the Company.

The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at Lo-Q's offices, Unit 2, The Pavilions, Ruscombe Park, Twyford, Berkshire, RG10 9NN on Tuesday 27 March 2012 at 11.00am.
