Annual Report and Accounts 2022 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022

 

The Company is pleased to confirm that the Notice of Annual General Meeting, to be held on 28 July 2022, has been posted to shareholders.

 

A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting is available on the Company's investor relations website at www.tedbakerplc.com.

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting, and Form of Proxy for 2022 will be submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism, and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

 

A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts for the 52 weeks ended 29 January 2022 will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and also made available on the Company's investor relations website at www.tedbakerplc.com on 29 June 2022.
