The Company announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2013 has been sent to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Friday 28 June 2013 at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, Broad Sanctuary, Westminster, London SW1P 3EE.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting 2013, together with the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements 2013 and Annual Review and Summary Financial Statement 2013, can be viewed on the Company's website at www.tescoplc.com.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
