Bezant (AIM: BZT), the AIM listed gold and copper exploration and development company operating in the Philippines and Tanzania, announces that the Annual General Meeting relating to its year ended 30 June 2008 will be held at the offices of Joelson Wilson LLP, 30 Portland Place, London W1B 1LZ at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday 28 July 2009.
