Publication of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of MySale Group plc ("Company") will be held at the offices of Crescent Capital Partners, Level 29, Governor Phillip Tower, 1 Farrer Place, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia on 16 December 2014 commencing at 19.30 Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT)/08.30 GMT.
Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting which can be found on pages 70-71 of the Annual Report and Accounts.
