Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Strategic Minerals Plc (AIM: SML; USOTC: SMCDY), the magnetite iron ore producer and exploration company, notifies that its Annual Report and Accounts for the thirteen month period ended 31 December 2011 is now available on its website, www.strategicminerals.net, together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a form of proxy. The AGM will be held at the offices of Memery Crystal LLP, 44 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1AP on 26 June 2012 at 11.30 am.
Copies of the Annual Report, Notice of AGM and Proxy Form will be posted to all shareholders on the register of members today.
